With this as focus we organise a series of Outreach Sessions, specifically designed to corporate entities.   • Since 2018, our corporate outreach programs have successfully influenced over 30000 employees across 150 organisation in and around Chennai. We take pride in offering free mentorship including "Couch to 5K Programs", engaging workout Challenges and focussed sessions tailored for debut women runners.
  • One of the highlights of our Corporate engagement is the "Meet & Greet" program. This platform serves as a conduit for knowledge sharing and interaction.
